Treat other players and the operator respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate people, publish their private information or send hateful content or spam through the service or its support routes.
Use only accounts and credentials you are authorized to control. Do not exploit bugs to take another player’s household, bypass access or visibility rules, alter authoritative records, or disrupt the server or another player’s access. Do not conduct load tests or security testing against the live service without the operator’s agreement.
Report suspected bugs or vulnerabilities through Private support or support@faunera.runera-server.com. Describe what happened without sending private keys, account links or another player’s personal information. Avoid sharing an exploit publicly while it can harm players or the service.
The operator reviews reports and may restrict access to protect testing and participants. A report is not proof of wrongdoing. You can contact support to provide context or ask for review of an access restriction.
