Email support@faunera.runera-server.com for account-access help, privacy requests, copyright concerns or questions for the operator. You do not need to sign in to email us. Replies are handled by the operator; there is no promised response time or round-the-clock support.
Signed-in players can use Private support to submit a text report and retain its case reference. Include what happened, what you expected and the steps that reproduce it. A saved in-game draft is not a submitted case, and a submitted report is not a promise that a fix has been released.
Never send passwords, sign-in links, access codes or private server keys. If you cannot sign in, use the account page for a fresh account link or email support. These contact routes are not emergency services.
